Snow Day...

I'd just like to say that I have my third snow day so far this winter. I love it! Unfortunately, I'm wide awake as I was supposed to go to school this morning for 7am, so by the time Richard called at 6:15am I had already showered and eaten breakfast.... Oh well!

Our New House...!

So...we're moving again! Into Exeter, a block away from the library, 2 blocks from the Early Years Centre. We have a garage, and a small driveway (yay!).
It's the rectory of the Exeter Anglican church (you can see the steeple of the chaple in the middle picture, just over the garage roof). The Warden for the church is the vice principal of the Virtual High School I mark assignments for, and I asked her a few months ago that, since the rectory is empty, would they consider renting it. She just got back to me last week, and the rent would be lower that what we are paying now...!
It's another temporary place, as we still want to move to Stratford, but for the next half year or so, it'll be nice for Sarah to live in town while I'm gone.

• Prison Break on DVD (could be found on eBay or local classified ads)
• a low-profile lightweight knife (less than 2" blade) for my keychain example #1 example #2
• Delicious Library (this is Mac software that lets me inventory books / CDs / DVDs)
• Stainless Steel Cordless Electric Kettle
• An electric blanket or heated mattress pad (Queen Size)

I've already bought Steve his present, and it was on the First of December. I'm really proud of myself. I've honestly never bought a christmas present before the 20th of December. Until now. Wow.

Hello all! Making use of the mother-in-law's internet to post my Christmas list:

1) The Simpsons Movie DVD (comes out December 18th) prefer full-screen, but any screen, as long as it is mine, is fine.

2) a new no-drip caulking gun - mine is all gunked up with caulk

3) CD - Kutless - "Hearts of the Innocent" - I have all Kutless' other CDs, but not this one.

4) USB Memory Stick - the bigger, the better (size does matter). Ours are on the fritz and follows of our blog are getting upset.

We didn't decide how to choose names for this year. Shall I suggest again? We could just switch backward from last year - give to the person older...ie. Jenn - Marya - Sarah - Mom - Jenn? Brian - Steve - Eric? Should we just leave David out of the loop this year (No offense...we can give you something when we see you!!)?
